we partner with a handful of our favorite brands who ship to our customers directly, and we have carefully chosen these brands because of their excellent quality and design! if you have any items in your cart from the brands listed below, these items are not eligible for free porch pickup. you will receive your order in multiple shipments and will have the respective shipping charges from each brand

MEBIE BABY: ships items within 1-3 business days ; comes from utah warehouse ; shipping is $3 flat-rate!

what if my package gets lost in the mail?
kaldi kollective cannot always replace items due to shipping carrier issues. if you cannot locate a package, we recommend contacting your local post office for assistance. if you need additional help, contact me at kaldikollective@gmail.com
how long do orders take to ship?
your order will ship within 1-4 business days. we always try to process and package up your order as quickly as possible! sometimes your order may ship as early as the day the order is placed - depending on your time of purchase :) please refer to the above brand partnership post for shipping information from those curated retailers
can i change my shipping address after my order is placed?
unfortunately no shipping addresses can be changed after your order is placed. be sure you enter the correct address in your order!
do you offer local pickup?
we do!!!! we offer FREE porch pickup in trussville, alabama, for most items. items that ship directly from our list of curated favorite brands are not eligible for porch pickup as they are shipped directly from the brand to you. if you are a local babe who wants this option, select “local pickup” in the shipping section of your order. orders are ready for porch pickup within 1-4 business days of purchase. you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup if you choose this option!
do you have any safety policies regarding baby products?
all baby/toddler products sold by kaldi kollective llc are to be worn and/or used under strict adult supervision. teether toys, bows, bracelets, pacifier clips, sunglasses, or any other baby product sold by kaldi kollective have potential to contain small parts and can cause a choking hazard. kaldi kollective is not responsible for any bodily injury or harm from any product purchased from our website. adult supervision always required.
